I was contracted by Darkside Studios to redesign the UI for the multiplayer component of Spec Ops: The Line on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The goal was to create an interface that reflected the game’s desert setting, utilizing earthy, sand-toned palettes paired with a clean, technical “computer readout” aesthetic. While these designs were just concepts and not implemented in the final release, these samples represent my contributions to shaping a UI that was both thematically grounded and functional within the intense multiplayer experience.
